The following agreement takes place between TopCustomEssays.co.uk and you when you click “I agree with terms and conditions”:

1- TopCustomEssays.co.uk agrees that all the custom essays, coursework, dissertations, research papers, book reports and other written material provided by TopCustomEssays.co.uk will never be resold to third parties.

2- TopCustomEssays.co.uk will provide free unlimited revisions facility to the customer in case of any dissatisfaction with the written assignment provided by TopCustomEssays.co.uk. The customer agrees that a minimum of 24 hours duration will be allowed to TopCustomEssays.co.uk to fulfill the customer's revision requests. However, TopCustomEssays.co.uk will not provide revisions free of charge in case if customer deviates from the original instructions provided by in the order form submitted to TopCustomEssays.co.uk.

3- The customer agrees that they can only make requests for revision within the first two weeks or 14 business days of the completion of order to avail the free revisions facility provided by TopCustomEssays.co.uk. 

4- TopCustomEssays.co.uk will not pass on your personal information to anyone.

5- All the custom essays and written assignments provided by TopCustomEssays.co.uk are solely for research and reference purposes, and should be used with proper reference. TopCUstomEssays.co.uk bears no responsibility for the use of written assignments provided by the Company to the customer.

6- TopCustomEssays.co.uk provides custom essay, dissertation, coursework, research paper and all other written assignments only for research purposes, hence TopCustomEssays.co.uk does not provide any guarantee for customer’s final grade.

7- Due to the fact that TopCustomEssays.co.uk bears high cost on researching and writing a written assignment ordered by customers, TopCustomEssays.co.uk will not refund full amount in any case.

8- If, after placing the order, the customer wishes to cancel his or her order with TopCustomEssays.co.uk, the service charges or processing fee will be borne by the customer.

9- TopCustomEssays.co.uk reserves the right to use any material available in the form of articles, books, websites etc unless the customer requests some particular sources to be used in the written assignments.
